Let us know how you to choose to honor World Mental Health Day.

One very important aspect of maintaining mental wellness, is also maintaining your physical wellness and food plays a major part in that. National Alliance on Mental Illness’s (NAMI) most recent episode on their podcast Hope Starts With Us: How Food Nourishes Mental Well-being dives into the science of how what we eat can impact our moods. In this episode, NAMI CEO Daniel H. Gillison, Jr. speaks with Carla Hall, a chef, host, and author to explore and understand it further.

Fall is Here – Let's Tackle the Season Together!

As the leaves change and the air turns crisp, Fall reminds us of new beginnings and simple joys. From football Sundays and cozy sweaters to pumpkin patches and spooky Halloween fun, it’s a season full of traditions, celebration, and connection.

But for those of us committed to a clean and sober life, this time of year can bring unique challenges. Tailgates, parties, and holidays often come with pressure to drink or use, but they don’t have to.

This Fall let’s choose to show up for ourselves and each other. Celebrate the wins both on and off the field. Create new traditions that support your recovery. Whether you’re enjoying a haunted house, cheering on your favorite team, or sipping hot chocolate around a firepit, remember joy, connection, and belonging do not require you to compromise your wellness!

Stay grounded, stay grateful, and stay true to your journey. You’ve made it this far, and that is worth celebrating!
